When Björn was diagnosed with MS at 35, everything changed. After 5 years with home care and over 5,000 home visits, he saw the system's flaws from the inside. As a technology leader with 20+ years of experience from global companies, he now combines lived experience with technical expertise to build Caire – Sweden's most modern AI platform for home care. Björn is not building alone, but together with experienced home care managers and owners who live the reality in operations.

myCaire is our integrated core module used in all products. Currently, myCaire is used in Sverigeshemtjanst where organizations can claim their organization in our statistics database over Sweden's home care data. Future integrations include mobile apps for caregivers and clients with EVV check-in, real-time updates, and employee handbook.
Personalhandboken
The Employee Handbook is a separate product that provides care organizations with a modern digital employee handbook. With mobile-optimized reading, multi-language support, and role-based access, we give your employees easy access to policies, procedures, and important information. Administrators can easily create and manage content via our CMS platform, while employees get a seamless reading experience optimized for mobile devices.
